Phoenix re-signed Mike Smith to a six-year deal. The Coyotes goaltender will reportedly haul in $5.67 million per season.

Columbus agreed on a two-year deal with defending Vezina winner, Sergei Borbrovsky. The Blue Jackets will reportedly be paying him $5.625 million annually.

The New Jersey Devils acquired Cory Schneider from the Vancouver Canucks. New Jersey dealt away the No. 9 overall pick in Sunday’s draft in order to acquire the net minder.

The Minnesota Wild traded Cal Clutterbuck to the New York Islanders in exchange for Nino Niederreiter.

Chicago parted ways with both Dave Bolland and Michael Frolik. Bolland was sent to the Maple Leafs in exchange for a pair of draft picks, while Frolik was shipped to Winnipeg for an additional pair of picks.

The Blackhawks re-upped with bruiser, Bryan Bickell. Bickell signed a four-year deal worth $16 million.

The Carolina Hurricanes and Buffalo Sabres struck a deal, swapping defenseman. Jamie McBain will be relocating to Buffalo. Andrej Sekera will be heading south to Carolina.

The NHL announced that the Philadelphia Flyers are to host the 2014 draft.

The Penguins sent Tyler Kennedy to the San Jose Sharks. In return Pittsburgh received the No. 50 overall pick in Sunday’s draft.
